  1. CPT 2012 Code Changes listed on your website include '81521' and '81287'. Are these two codes included with CMS CPT Code changes for 2012?

  2. Thanks very much for pointing out these codes! 81521 should be 81251 and 81287 should be 81297 - they'll be fixed on the site ASAP. As for the Medicare question, these codes appear to fall under the "not priced for 2012" blanket described here: https://www.cms.gov/MLNMattersArticles/downloads/MM7654.pdf. That means for Medicare and payers with similar policies, the stacking codes are still the go-to codes for now.
