   Hello,
   I need your help.
   Preoperative Diagnosis: Recurrent hematoma on right hip, status post wound vacum assited closure.
   Procedure performed: I & D right hip hematoma 2, Delayed primary closure of a 23 cm wound in complex layers.
   Dr. used 10140 78, 13121 59 13122 rt and 13122 59.
   The only code that was paid was 10140 78. Don't think we used the correct procedure codes.
   Your help will be greatly appreciated.

   1st: Plz tell me the procedure that had been billed earlier for vacuum assisted closure.
   2nd: The present codes are not correct, but I will be able to answer correctly once you submit the details of first question.
