  1. Please let me know which ICD-9 code to assign to this:
    According to the Pathology Report, the pathology on the chest wall lesion specimen is described as "Infiltrating poorly differentiated carcinoma consistent with infiltrating mammary carcinoma"

  2. "infiltrating mammary carcinoma" means that the chest wall cancer is secondary. The breast cancer has protruded into the chest wall. Thus, your chest wall cancer code is '198.89'.
