   I have recently started seeing Medicare requesting payments back for services are are a part of the members hospital outpatient care. Normally Medicare paid for these services globally to an independent laboratory. I need to verification on why they are asking for this money back and if an appeal can resolve my issue?

   I understand your point. The best way is to try an appeal and see if this is a correct solution to this problem or not. After that, we can be in a better position to decide what is the better alternative?
