   billed '92014 -57 92020 and 67228' rt WPS medicare pays but says 67228 allowed amount is reduced because we are missing an additional modifier on 92014 I have no idea what they are looking for... any help would be appreciated

   Hi,

   Try using modifier 25 with 92014 because this can be used in conjunction with modifier 57.
