Does anyone know how Medicare treats post stroke spasticity in regard to Botox injections. I know that 342.11 is covered but in the excludes notes lists hemiplegia due to late effects of cva. So is Medicare not going to cover the stroke patient's spasticity or am I missing something? Please Advise. Thanks.
