   if I have two different reports by two different providers for Lexiscan Cardiolite Stress Test interpratation only, can I bill it twice 93016 & 93018?

   Not able to get your question clearly.

   If it is "supervision only" by one physician and "Interpretation and Report only" by another physician, then we can bill 93016 with one and 93018 with the other.

   If you are saying that 93016 and 93018 are to be billed for both the physicians on same DOS, then it is not correct.

   Please tell me if the context of the question is something different.
