Current OP is for Left L5-S1 foraminotomy, medial facetectomy. Dr. performed Left L5-S1 redo hemilaminectomy, medial facetectomy, and decompressing the nerve root.
Pt is outside her global period. Would 63042 be a more appropriate code?
