Hello,
I am confused with this denial.
We billed Left knee arthroscopy with lateral meniscectomy 29881 Lt and Medial femoral condyle chondroplast 29877 59 and Patellar chondroplast 29877 59.
The last 29877 59 was denied. Can this be appealed??

29877 cannot be coded in any condition with 29881 from 2012 onwards.
Your documentaion suggests only 29881.
