  2. There are New Cardiology Coding Guidelines for 2011. Please use modifiers complying with the current Coding Guidelines.
    Please give me an example, where you find such problems.

  4. What do you mean by 93571 "also"? The above modifiers are not applicable to 93571.

  5. he only wants to bill 93571-26 . its asking for a primary code which he did not do How would I bill this out? so he can paid for the part he did do in the hospital?

  6. 93571 can't be billed wihtout a Primary CPT. If your physician has only been inovled in performing 93571, but not any other part of the procedure, then plz check if he/she worked as assistant, then you can bill with modifier 80.
    First, you need to check the details of other procedures performed at the same session.
