Does anyone have information of how to bill the CTP (NDC) segment on the 5010 claim forms for this HCPCS code? The HCPCS is 1ML and we are providing 60MLs. Do we send 60 units (60*UN)in CTP segment or do we have to send 60MLs (60*ML).
