Our physician encountered problems while placing an iud so she did an ultrasound for guidance while placing the iud. Is there a better dx code to use than v25.11? Thanks.

There is no malfunctioning in the IUD only the physician encountered problems while placing it, hence V25.11 is the best suitable Dx for this.
