   When a Radiologist administers moderate sedation during a biopsy of vascular surgery I know that the physician is able to bill for it but is the hospital provider on the technical side able to bill the 9-series codes for the administration of the drug also or just the drug supply itself?

   just the drug supply; the sedation is included in the facility DRG
