Hello, my doctor is not concerned about billing each pterygium with this question. He is considering billing for anterior segment reconstruction or the way we do for conjunctivochalsis repair as there must be a way to bill more for this particular case since it was much more extensive than a standard single pterygium. Can we bill for to AmnioGrafts??
Please advise how to go about billing this
