   Can you please tell me if it's allowed to bill these codes together since 29826 is an add-on code and if so, with what modifiers? There are 2 scenarios:

   29826 with 23410

   and

   23120, 29826 and 29822

   Are these allowed together?

   I have not yet come across any issue with this combination. Based on CCI I coded as above, but I think, based on other guidelines, I need to make a bit more research on the issue.

   In the first scenario, it's 23410, not 23120. Is this still permitted?
