   Hello,
   Need to know...
   for J1826 ( avonex ) 30mcg...4 injectables a month ( once a week)
   On the HCFA claim when you input the service date as 8/1/2011--8/28/2011 and in box 24G input is 4 units...I am told that I am doing advance billing then I need to itemize it..or wait until 8/28/2011 and then send in the claim. Should I just stick to 8/1/2011--8/1/2011 and in box 24G input 4 units?

   Dear Janet,
   I referred to our previous interactions. There were confusions at that time. Since it is a 30-day supply with 4 injctable in a month(once a week), you need to stick to 8/1/2011--8/1/2011 and in box 24G input 4 units in box 24G. Hope, you will not find any further denial.
