I need help coding a case that includes a laparotomy with extensive lysis of adhesions, small bowel recection, mesh explantation, complex ventral hernia repair with biologic prosthetic, complex wound closure. The provider is coding 44120, 49402,49565,49568,15330, 13101, 13102x4 and 15331x2 are being coded. Can the repairs (13101 and 13102x4) be coded separatley? I ran the CCI edits and the only codes relationships were that 13101 is included in 15330). Please help!
