   I did some reviewing on a particular patient who was determined to have had a healed gastric ulcer. The physician did in fact indicate this and the only close-enough code I could find was v12.79 to indicate personal history.

   Unless, there is another more appropriate diagnosis code for healed gastric ulcer, Im afraid that my brain is officially mush at the moment! LOL

   Thoughts?

   V12.79 is the ICD code if the Dx says only "healed gastric ulcer" and no other diagnpostic statement mentioned.
