  1. OPERATON: Excision of the rheumatoid nodules from the left index and thumb pulp, exploration of the EPL tendon and wrist area, dorsally at LIster's tubercle with removal of large rheumatoid nodules in the EPL tendon, release fot he EPL tendon fromits sheath, subperiosteal dissection and excision of Lister's tubercle and some surrounding rheumatoid nodules, and repair of the bed of the EPL tendon using the extensor retinaculum under the EPL and resufacing LIster's tubercle, and injection of the MCP of the joint with Depo-Medral, as well as 0.25 mL of that into the 4th extensor comaprment which was noted to have some tenosynovitis.

  2. As per given documentation, the CPT Codes should be
    26160-FA (Excision of the rheumatoid nodules from the left thumb pulp - EPL Tendon )
    26160-F1 (Excision of the rheumatoid nodules from the left index - EPL Tendon )
    20600 (injection of the MCP of the joint with Depo-Medral)
    20605-59 (injection of the 4th extensor compartment)
