I'm having problems getting totally paid for our ENG testing from Medicare. Up to 2010 we were able to code for 92541 thru 92547 and get paid. This year they only pay for 92541, 92543, 92546 and 92547. Has anyone managed to resolve this payment issue?

Medicare is paying all codes 92546, 92541, 92542-59, 92543-59, 92544-59, 92545-59 and 92547-59. It takes additional bit of efforts in handling the denials with proper representation of change in Medicare policy.
