   can you bill and echo '93306' and a muga '78472, A9560' same day? if not what is the time frame in between doing test.

   There are no CCI edits for the combination of the three codes, but many payers require prior authorization for the two exams.

   If we look at it from a sort of backward perspective, consider that you may report 93306-59 and 93350 (stress echo) on the same date when performed for different clinical circumstances (per CPT Assistant, Dec. 2010). You may report 93350 with 93016-93018 (stress test), per CPT guidelines. And you may report 93016-93018 with 78472, per CPT guidelines.
