   Clm submitted with CPT 92012, DX 078.10
   Clm denied for DX inconsistent with procedure
   per office notes: verruca RLL(right lower lid)
   What should the DX be?

   Since Dx 078.10 is not compatible for 92012, then for reimbursement purpose you can use 224.8
