Could this be coded as 569.89? Patient had this found in the areas of the cecum and hepatic flexion... Doctor did a biopsy of these folds - however, no other findings were determined during the procedure - patient has personal history of polyps.
V12.72 is confirmed however, I am hoping there is a viable code for the hypertrophic folds found...
