My surgeon did the closure for the rectus fascial defect with mesh after the cosmetic surgeon did the TRAM. Does anyone know what code to use for this. Thank you

There is no separate code for rectus fascial defect closure. Usually it's included in the TRAM's procedure. Give some time to come up with additional info.
