   Code 93875 (noninvasive physiologic study of extracranial arteries, complete bilat study) was deleted. Does anyone know what code I can use to replace this code? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

   Effective 01/01/2012): CPT code 93875 was deleted from coding Group 1 (Cerebrovascular Arterial
   Studies) and throughout the policy. Descriptors were updated for 93922 and 93923 in Group 2 (Extremity
   Arterial Studies). For CPT codes 93975-93979 ICD-9 codes 302.72 and 607.84 were added as payable
   diagnoses. The supplemental instructions article associated with this policy was similarly updated. No
   notice given and none required.
