When filing for a tonography now, what CPT code can be used in place of the 92120?
As per mention in the additional info below the code 92100 in the CPT book, it says 92120 and 92130 have been deleted. Ocular blood flow measurements are reported with 0198T. Single-episode tonometry is a component of general ophthalmological service or E/M service.

The test described in code 92120 measures aqueous outflow, not ocular blood flow. Therefore, it is appropriate to report Category III code 0198T, Measurement of ocular blood flow by repetitive intraocular pressure sampling, with interpretation and report, for ocular blood flow measurement.

So, we can conclude that other than ocular blood flow measurements, we need to code Tonography from ophthalmological E/M code series, i.e, 92002,92012, and 92014 as appropriate.
