   My Doctor put these on the billing ticket and I am confused about what to bill for. Laparscopic parastomal hernia repair; lysis of adhesions;lap Incis. hernia repair with mesh; para colost hernia. Any help with these codes would be greatly appreciated

   The Unlisted procedure code 49569 is the correct code for Laparoscopic hernia repair. If this is a non-medicare patient, you can check with your insurer to see if it has an alternative preferred code.

   When you bill 49569 it should have fee value equivalent to the combination of fee value of 44346, 49560-51, and 49568
