   How would you code Transposition of the left basilic vein? Would that be the same as an AV Fistula "01844" or "01780". The DX is Chronic renal failure.

   jACKIE- CAN I POST A 99223,99306,ONE DAY AND NEXT VISIT 99232 TOGETHER. will the 99223,99232 bundle together?

   If you're trying to bill 99223 and 99232 on the same day, they're bundled under CCI edits. 99232 is a Column 2 code for 99223, which means the services of 99232 are included in 99223. The current CCI edits (effective 1/1/12) won't let you append a modifier to break the bundle and report both codes.
