Hi,
We are getting denials from insurance if we bill CPT 58558 with CPT 57505 with modifier 51 as bundled, When i checked the CCI Edits that doesn't shows as bundled, Is this the correct way of billing if we bill CPT 58558 then CPT 57505 along with Modifier 51 to get paid for both CPT? or insurance is correct ?
