The physician dictated "Trephination and debridement of partial-thickness lateral meniscus tear" and paired the procedure with code 29881. In the Op report he describes the procedure "The medial meniscus tear was trephined with a spinal needle. Would this procedure/description be appropriately coded with 29881?
