What is the correct codes for - 1. coccydynia injection and 2. coccydynia block. I have been using 20605 for the injection to diagnosis 724.79, and 64450 for the block. But reading some articles are stating to use 64520? and other codes also?

1. For coccydynia injection: cpt:20605, Dx:724.79
2. For coccydynia block: The coccyx does not qualify as either lumbar or sacral, I agree with you on 64450
