  1. is there a code for his J1100??? doctor put this in ear

  2. When your staff administers a Decadron (J1100, Injection, dexamethasone sodium phosphate, 1 mg), normally you would report 96372 (Therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic injection [specify substance or drug]; subcutaneous or intramuscular). But because you state that he put this in the patient's ear, that does not qualify for "subcutaneous or intramuscular." There is no code for instilling anything into the ear.

    Hope this helps!

  3. Did you try looking into 69801?
