   Where do you find what are considered "allowable modifiers" for Column 2 CCI edits for unbundling?

   Usually modifier 59 is used with the column 2 code, when 2 codes are bundled by the CCI Edits rules. What is the allowable modifier and with which code that can be used - this answer you can get in the "CCI Edits" section, under the Coding Toolkit drop down menu at the Supercoder site.
