   Patient came in for COE (92014) with doctor. On the same day, we also did a history and physical evaluation (99213) for cataract surgery. Can both of these procedures be billed together, and if so, what modifier is appended?

   Correct Coding Initiative edits show that you may never report 92014 with 99213 (the edit has a modifier indicator of 0, so you can't use a modifier to override it).
