   Can you verify if we should be charging the units of the source per prostate seed implanted or per brachytherapy sources in the strand? Where can I get some more information on this... Many Thanks

   As per my info, C2640 (Brachytherapy Source should) not bill as one unit per strand.

   Sanjit if the documentation states: "A total of 29 needles were used to insert 74 palladium-103 seeds within the gland, with activity of 1.89 millicuries per seed. This was planned to deliver a toal of 125 gray to the prostatic volume." How does this translate in sources? How would you code this ?
