    I'm looking to clarify appropriate billing for targeted enrichment done via multiplex PCR. If the number of primer pairs or targeted sequences is 500, can that be billed as:

    83900 x1
    83901 x99

    I know billing 99 units of 83901 doesn't accurately capture the total number of target sequences in the multiplex PCR reaction, but I'm assuming it would not be possible to bill more than 99 units for a single code on a claim form.

    Any insights/clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
