   The surgeon did an operation with removal of this composite graft which was full-thickness and it contained bone so it would not take. Irrigation and debridement. Minimal bone shortening and full-thickness skin graft from the ulnar side of the hand. The patient was in the er and had amputation of the left 5th finger and this was revision surgery, Im not sure how to code it.
