  1. Is it proper to bill a level one office visit when a pt returns to repeat a urine sample when the initial sample came back "abnormal". This would be a nurse visit and i assume a dx code of abnormal lab findings.

  2. If the visit involves face to face discussion about the abnormal results with the dx and physician sign off, then yes. If thr patient returns with pee cup or to pee in cup and no face to face evaluation occurs, then no.
