   I am billing out for a closure of oroantral fistula (30580) however, the op note states a fistulectomy was done. I am thinking this is included in the procedure, but want to make sure. He also did a palatal flap closure, which I beleive to included in the closure code.
   I have looked for a code for the fistula removal and am not having any luck.

   TIA for any help you can give me.

   sorry, he also stated he did a caldwell luc procedure, but per the op note that is not what was done.

   Fistulectomy was part of oroantral fistula repair.
