    Select the payment mode. Click Continue button.

     

    Fill out your desired username. Your Username is also your screen name. It identifies you to other Supercoder.com members and cannot be changed once it is created. If your desired Username is already taken by another member, you will be alerted after you submit this form. Please select a Username that does not contain special characters ($, #, @, !, _ , etc.) or spaces.

     

    Create your Password and then enter it again to confirm it.

     

    Enter your Company Name.

     

    Enter your Phone Number.

     

    Please select 'How did you hear about us'

     

    Please select 'Organization type'. Click Continue button.

     

    Read the Terms of Agreement and Privacy Policy.

     

    Check the box to certify that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Click Continue button.

     

    The 'Payment' page is displayed. Please enter the Credit Card info and subscribe. Your username and password are going to be emailed to you at this email address.

     

    To help assure that you receive your email, be sure to add supercoder@supercoder.com to your email address book.

    How do I select the Specialty after sign-up or upgrade?

    You could select your Specialty on the Specialties/Alerts page

    Click on this link and select your Specialty in the pop-up window. Then Click the Update button.

    What is the Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy?

    * You may cancel your subscription at any time up to 5 business days prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges by submitting below form. For the 14 day trial users, please inform 3 business days prior to the trial end date.

     

    * You will continue to have access to the site until the duration of your current billing cycle. For example, if you choose to cancel half way thru your current billing cycle, you will continue to have access to the site for the remainder of the current cycle, but then your subscription will expire at the end of the billing cycle.

     

    * After your subscription is cancelled, you will continue to have a login to the site, but will be required to purchase a new subscription in order to access any of the content on the site

     

    * Because your access will continue throughout the remainder of the billing cycle, we do not offer any partial refunds. If you purchased an annual plan and wish to cancel and receive a refund, you may contact us in writing and explicitly request a refund, at which point we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

     

    * All monthly subscriptions are "auto-renewing," meaning that we will bill your credit card each month, on the anniversary of the calendar day of your subscription, until you cancel. If the calendar day on which you subscribed does not exist in the following month(s), the billing date will be the date closest to the subscription anniversary date. For example, if you subscribe on June 10, your next billing date is July 10. If you subscribe on March 31, your next billing date is April 30. You may also convert your monthly subscription to an annual subscription anytime.

     

    * All annual subscriptions are also "auto-renewing," meaning that we will bill your credit card each year on the annual anniversary of your subscription, until you cancel. For example, if you subscribe on April 18, 2004, your next billing date is April 18, 2005.
