    I have a child who came in for a follow up to a tonsillectomy. Should I use V67.00 or V67.09???

    actually, I dont believe you can bill anything - follow up visits due to a recent surgery for the same purpose would follow the global billing and therefore would be considered a no-charge - of course, depending on insurance's guidelines...

    Just something to consider....
