  2. I usually find it at the CDC.gov or from the drug manufacturer's Web site. Or are you looking for HCPCS info?

I understand hcpcs are codes for supplies, pharmaceuticals, dental, and other services that are not considered procedures. I guess I just don't understand the question. :)'

  4. Proper dosage can be found in the Pharmacology books, some of the famous authors are Martindale, KD Tripathy or you can buy a drug dictionary.
