    By chance has anyone ever billed for a "Supertherapeutic INR?"

    Normal count should be 2 - our patient was recorded with a 10...

    Diags are Melena and Iron-deficient anemia (hospital admission)

    CPT 85610

    Does anyone know if there are additional pieces of information needed to report on the claim for this? (Box 19)
