Code 93619’s descriptor states, “without induction or attempted induction.” Does this mean “without induction, without attempted induction” or does it mean “without induction or with attempted induction that fails”?

The way I understand it the meaning is that there was no induction and no attempted induction done.

Yes! agree with Cheryl that code 93619((Comprehensive electrophysiologic evaluation with right atrial pacing and recording, right ventricular pacing and recording, His bundle recording, including insertion and repositioning of multiple electrode catheters, without induction or attempted induction of arrhythmia) is appropriate when the cardiologist does not attempt to induce arrhythmia.
