  1. I have an interview Tues-What codes are used for licensed vocational nurses (LVN)? Are they trough a speciality with a modifier? HELP

  2. Usually a LVN can report an E/M code for a service provided by him / her. But there are certain rules describing when and how that can be billed (eg, when own NPP no. is to be provided). There are certain modifiers that a LVN can use, like TE modifier, and some other HCPCS modifiers. But there is no specific sets of codes or specialty as such that a LVN uses.
