When billing for LDR 'Cs137' is this supply code included in the '77790' Supervision,Handling & Loading? How do we bill in a Hospital base practice.

HCPCS offers codes for the facility to bill (C2642, C2643), but only the facility should use those codes (to recover their costs). Here's a link to the 2007 transmittal on those codes: http://www.cms.gov/transmittals/downloads/R1259CP.pdf. Hope that's of some use!
