  1. I could really use some expertise on coding this eye procedure ...
I am in an ASC and I know we have to use the 0192T for the express implant ...but after that I am lost ..please help

    Thanks

  2. You are correct with the code 0192T external approach, for treatment of refractory primary open-angle glaucoma, where a scleral flap is implanted in between the anterior chamber to facilitate the drainage of aqueous humor. Mitomycin C is an antibiotics and it is applied to avoid infections, which is inclusive with this procedure.

  3. Thanks Alex ...so is the 0192T the only billiable code here ?

I was asked to bill the Mitomycin - I suppose I need to find and LCD to show it is inclusive ?
    Any other suggestions ?
