   90663 is the only vaccine code used for pandemic. My understanding is that there will be two doses for this. But how would we bill, 90663 each time it's administered?

   Bill CPT 90663 twice since the global period is 0 (Zero)in this case and do remember to use ICD V04.81.

   Apart from 90663, you can report the immunization administration code (90465-90474, depending upon administration route and the patient age.

   You can also check out that the October '09' updates also provided two new HCPCS code for H1N1 G9141 {(Influenza A (H1N1) immunization administration (includes the physician counseling the patient/family)}
   and G9142 {(Influenza A (H1N1) vaccine, any route of administration)}
