Does anyone know if procedures 69200 includes the removal of the cerumen? Or when both are performed should 69200 be modified using 59 modifier? Can both procedure be billed on the same ear on the same date of service by the same provider?

Procedure 69200 includes the removal of cerumen removal along with foreign body removal, so I don't consider billing 69210 along with 69200, even with a 59 modifier.
