    I am trying to find the ICD9 code for dysplastic lesion of the ascending colon

    Tumors of uncertain behavior (235-238) are often reported using terms such as dysplastic tissues, or dysplasia or atypical hyperplasia in the pathology report. So in this case you can report 235.2.
